Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 5-6 retail stores in a designated geographic area. responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems, plus general building upkeep such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and roofing.

Candidate will work with a company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad, and iPhone provided. Must have a HS diploma/GED with 2 years related experience or trade training; valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience or trade school training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
• Universal CFC or EPA certification preferred.
• Proficient with computer/PDA for work orders, email, training.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance on assigned stores.
• Estimate time/materials, order supplies, and use CMMS to track work orders.
• Lead troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, roofs, and drains.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and maintain lighting systems.
• Respond to emergencies and report daily activities.
