Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 5-6 retail stores under a major CBRE client. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems, plus electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring and roofing tasks.

A company vehicle, gas card, tools, and mobile devices are provided. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience or trade school training, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years of related experience or trade school training.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Universal CFC/EPA certification required.
Ability to operate a full-size van/truck and use a PDA/work order system.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance on assigned sites.
Estimate time and materials; order supplies and manage work orders in CMMS.
Lead troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, roofs, and drains.
Inspect new installations for code compliance and safety.
Oversee work by outside contractors and maintain lighting systems.
Respond to emergencies and document activities daily via PDA.
