Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Tools and equipment proficiency (e.g., ladders).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
• Budget management experience.
• Comfort using mobile devices for work orders.
• General repairs experience (painting, carpentry, plumbing) in commercial settings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Trade school education in building-related fields preferred.
• Relevant training certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance at facilities; drive to sites.
• Complete work per established processes and practices.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Provide observations and recommendations for repair and enhancements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems.
• Respond to service requests and perform maintenance on facility systems.
