Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems in commercial buildings.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment (ladders).
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and diagrams.
• Budget management experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting).
• Perform general repairs and small service projects (e.g., walls, windows, doors).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support to trade-specific technicians.
• Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction.
