Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting).
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school preferred; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance at multiple facilities, including driving to sites.
• Tackle general repairs, small projects, and preventive maintenance from a mobile service vehicle.
• Respond to service requests and maintain building systems.
• Maintain tools and report status in the maintenance database.
• Drive company vehicle and comply with safety policies.
