Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting) in commercial buildings.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., ladders)
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
• Budget management experience
• Comfort using mobile devices (cellphones, tablets) for work orders
• Demonstrated experience in general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing) in commercial settings
• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school education in building-related fields preferred
• Relevant training certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain business properties, ensuring they stay in top condition and help clients avoid costly repairs.
• Operate a fully equipped service vehicle and handle general repairs, small projects, and maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair appliances, equipment, and building elements.
• Support trade-specific technicians with minor HVAC and plumbing services.
• Maintain positive client relationships and respond to service requests.
• Drive company vehicle with GPS tracking and adhere to safety policies.
• Complete work following established processes and safety requirements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems.
• Document resolutions and statuses in the service management system.
