Job summary

UG2 in Boston, MA seeks a Mobile Service Manager to oversee facility services across accounts, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will lead management teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and client facilities teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include bid management, maintaining schedules, and enforcing safety and QA processes while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC license preferred; commercial license a plus.
• 8–10 years in commercial business or facility management.
• Experience bidding large and small jobs.
• Diploma/degree in Management, Facility or Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead management and supervisory teams across shifts, standardizing procedures and training site managers.
• Oversee multiple trades, track progress on projects, and manage P&L and quotes.
• Coordinate with client facilities teams, vendors, and dept. heads to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Develop maintenance schedules, manage staffing levels, and drive cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure safety compliance and report on quality control with QA teams.
• Prepare labor and expense budgets, oversee payments, and generate financial reports.
