Job summary

UG2, a leader in facility services, headquartered in Boston, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead operations and maintenance for a group of accounts in the Boston area. You will collaborate with the VP of Engineering for New England and coordinate with our finance, business development and human resources teams to meet management objectives.

The role requires overseeing technical services, setting performance standards, managing staffing, and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities services with management experience.
• Associates or Bachelors degree required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Trains/manages and oversees day-to-day technical services at accounts.
• Establishes performance standards and targets for staff.
• Oversees staffing and skill levels across locations.
• Enforces quality control through regular site surveys and follow-ups.
• Implements QA methods and monitors quality across accounts.
• Ensures compliance with UG2 procedures and regulations.
• Leads safety culture and safety training initiatives.
• Coordinates and manages technical start-ups and close downs.
• Develops strong relationships with executives, managers, and customers.
