Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Service Channel experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility.
• Review inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure operation within design specs.
• Demonstrate time management skills in reviewing work orders and estimating materials.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and prepare estimates of time and materials.
• Perform preventive maintenance and oversee repairs and emergency maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
