Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain retail facilities in the Providence area. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs using a company vehicle, tools, and branded uniform.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years’ experience, universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Proactive, safety‑minded candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Review inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
• Plan and estimate time and materials for repairs; manage work orders and stock.
• Operate company vehicles and maintain truck stock inventory.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety, and company policies.
