Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work; apply technical knowledge to complex tasks and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge; lead by example and build consensus within the team.
