T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers throughout their shopping journey. This role starts with on-the-job training and an hourly base pay of $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay, and includes an annual incentive target of $18,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
