Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store.

You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, developing skills in customer interaction and digital tools. During training you’ll earn hourly pay, and after progressing to Mobile Expert you may access an annual incentive target and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).
• Change Agility, Communication, Customer Problem Solving, Customer Service, Engaging People, Multitasking, Sales, Teamwork Orientation (Required).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
