Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on wireless solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will complete in-store training, use digital tools, and work with nearby locations to onboard customers. The role emphasizes relationship-building, referrals, and meeting quality-of-sale metrics, with opportunities for earnings growth through incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up with customers, manage referrals, and support Be Back processes.
