Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to be a core part of the Retail Team in high‑traffic locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, educate on solutions, and show the value of T-Mobile services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Completes training on in-store processes, products and systems to stay customer-ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with local leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
• Meets performance targets and contributes to a positive, friendly store atmosphere.
