Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store locations to help bring the T-Mobile brand to life and drive customer-centric experiences. You will engage customers, identify their needs, educate them on solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value in a fast-paced environment.

Role includes complete training, on-going skill development, and collaboration with nearby stores to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile products and services and leverage solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promote the T-Mobile app for self-serve needs, and support store onboarding and operations.
