Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Expert to join our Milwaukee, WI retail team. You will be a brand ambassador, helping customers explore and select device and service solutions while delivering a top-tier shopping experience.

As part of the team, you will use digital tools, meet performance targets, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with wireless innovations. This is a full-time in-store role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred (30 days).
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers while delivering a best in class experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete in-store training on the T-Mobile experience, new skills and processes, and access to systems and resources.
• Make the most of shifts by seeking information, learning about wireless innovations, and staying informed.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
