Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools and identify customer needs to showcase products and onboarding options.
• Complete training on in-store processes, stay updated on promotions, and onboard customers across locations.
• Build relationships with local leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to service.
