T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Expert to join our Retail Team of Experts.

You will be a brand ambassador who creates energy around our products and services, uncover customer needs, educate, demonstrate and recommend device solutions, and meet performance targets for sales and customer experience. This role involves in-store training, using digital tools, and collaborating with colleagues across channels to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 30 days of T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience is preferred.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience (Retail) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Makes the most of their time on shift, seeking information about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
