T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to act as the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and help them stay connected with exceptional service.

You’ll train on store processes, engage with a diverse customer base, and aim to exceed sales targets through consultative selling and relationship-building. This is an entry-level chance to grow with a national leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on solutions.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products and processes.
• Build rapport, drive sales, and provide exceptional service to customers.
