T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to welcome customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping customers stay connected to what matters most. You will train on new products and processes, engage customers with energy and enthusiasm, and contribute to a high-traffic sales environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems, and participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport and drive sales activity by attracting customers, following up, collecting referrals, and forming relationships with new and existing customers.
