The role offers base pay of $19.50 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with eligibility for annual incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers, delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Leverage digital tools during interactions and onboarding.
• Complete in-store training on products, systems, processes.
• Maximize shift efficiency; stay informed on wireless tech and innovations.
