T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life and building energy with customers.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions while meeting performance targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics. As a Mobile Expert, you will leverage digital tools, complete in-store training, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to deliver an outstanding customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers with best-in-class experience and loyalty building.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Make the most of time on shift, learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels including business and customer service.
