T-Mobile in the United States is hiring Mobile Associates to learn handheld sales and service skills, demonstrate plans and devices, and deliver personalized technology solutions. You will use digital tools to explain coverage, complete training, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Starting hourly pay is $19.50 base plus $5 training Pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour once training completes and a potential annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
