Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to serve customers in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, delivering energetic, friendly service in a high-traffic environment.

You'll complete training on store processes, use digital tools, and build relationships to drive sales. The role emphasizes exceptional service, teamwork, and career growth within the Un-carrier culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
