Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support retail operations by engaging customers and fulfilling their technology needs. Your role will include developing product knowledge, assisting customers through their shopping journey, and enhancing their experience with personalized service.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma/GED, be legally authorized to work in the U.S., and ideally have some experience in customer service. T-Mobile offers a competitive hourly base pay starting at $18.00 plus training pay, and all employees receive additional incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
