Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to drive the T-Mobile brand at partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on products, and demonstrate solusi tions while delivering exceptional service in a busy retail environment.

Role focuses on relationship-building, meeting sales targets, and using digital tools to guide customers through self-serve options and onboarding. Training and incentives are offered, with stock grants and benefits available to eligible

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is valued.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating on T-Mobile solutions.
Leverages digital self-serve tools and demonstrates value of products and services.
Completes training on in-store experience, promotions, and procedures to stay customer-ready.
Builds relationships with nearby teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
