T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to be an ambassador for the brand in a high-traffic retail setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions to individual needs while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and sales targets. You will participate in training, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with nearby stores to ensure a seamless onboarding and shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate wireless products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results and updates to stay customer ready; onboard customers with nearby store locations and maintain store operations.
