Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles at client locations. You will travel in a provided service van, document all interactions, and support service centers as needed.

The role requires EV powertrain knowledge, HV/LV familiarity, and strong customer communication. ASE/EPA certifications and CPR training may be pursued after hire, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems in EVs.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• EPA 609 certification required or in process.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Service Advisor and manage parts ordering, returns and inventory.
• Travel to client locations and diagnose, maintain, repair Lucid vehicles.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions in the software suite.
• Perform walkarounds and write-ups to identify primary concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and support at service centers as needed.
• Travel within assigned territory and other service locations.
