Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to operate in the field, traveling to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You’ll work with a Lucid-provided service van and support from the closest service location.

The role requires HV/LV and EV powertrain knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to document all vehicle interactions. ASE/L3+ and EV experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service technician experience.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrain.
• Customer-facing with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations and diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
• Function as service advisor handling parts, orders, and inventory where applicable.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions and repair write-ups.
• Coordinate with service centers and manage travel schedules.
• Provide high level customer service and update clients on repair status.
