Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in an assembly or mechanical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly and rebuilding of MMU beds, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily build activities and direct team members to meet schedules.
• Develop and maintain detailed assembly instructions and SOPs.
• Track build progress using CMMS and report KPIs on cost, quality, and schedule.
• Source and manage parts inventory to prevent excess or shortages.
• Collaborate with engineering on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics to develop accurate assembly plans.
