Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years of mechanical, maintenance, or shop experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Industrial, explosive, or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD to create or modify fabrication models and ensure alignment with production.
• Develop SOPs and assembly instructions.
• Plan daily/weekly workflows and assign tasks to meet build schedules.
• Track progress using CMMS and report KPIs for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee inventory management and parts sourcing to prevent shortages.
• Supervise and coach department staff to achieve goals.
• Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics for accurate assembly.
