Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related).
• 3+ years in a mechanical/maintenance/shop environment.
• Experience supervising teams in an assembly or mechanical setting.
• Industrial, explosive, or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD software to create or modify fabrication models ensuring alignment with production requirements.
• Develop and maintain assembly instructions and SOPs.
• Plan and direct daily/weekly workflow, assign tasks, and adjust priorities for on-time builds.
• Track build progress with CMMS and monitor KPIs for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee inventory management and supplier quotes to meet cost and quality targets.
