Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a mechanical, maintenance, or shop environment.
• Experience supervising teams in an assembly or mechanical setting.
• Industrial, explosive, or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly and rebuilding of MMU beds, ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily build activities, manage schedules, and direct teams.
• Develop and maintain assembly instructions and SOPs.
• Interpret schematics and develop accurate assembly plans.
• Track progress with CMMS and monitor costs, quality, and schedule KPIs.
