Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX is seeking an Assembly Lead to supervise electromechanical assembly and testing of gas delivery system components in a cleanroom. You will guide the assembly team, coordinate with Manufacturing Manager, and drive standard work, 5S, and Lean practices to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Hands-on training and mentoring experience.
• Strong manual dexterity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with GD&T, cable routing, harness configuration, soldering, wiring and crimping standards.
• Advanced assembly techniques and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electromechanical systems per engineering specs.
• Lead cleanroom assembly personnel and provide direction.
• Develop and manage work schedules with Manufacturing Manager.
• Communicate updates in production meetings.
• Conduct on-the-job training and skills development.
• Operate tools safely and efficiently to meet targets.
• Apply 5S and visual controls for organized work areas.
• Support quality assurance and perform inspections.
