Job summary

Edw. C. Levy Co. is seeking a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Blytheville site. The role focuses on keeping heavy equipment operational, coordinating maintenance scheduling, and supporting safety and regulatory programs.

You will manage budgets, work with vendors and operations leadership, and drive KPI-based decisions to improve reliability and cost control across the maintenance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in industrial equipment repair with supervisory experience.
• Associates Degree in heavy equipment repair technology or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems.
• Ability to understand financial data and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement; regulatory compliance and related training.
• Ensure equipment availability through effective and efficient scheduling of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Develop, support, coordinate, assign and schedule work for maintenance personnel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and operations management.
• Assist the Operations Manager in developing budgets and business plans.
• Review monthly budget to manage maintenance department costs.
• Manages preventive and predictive maintenance processes and schedules.
• Requisitions parts and services.
• Runs KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Associates Degree in heavy equipment repair technology or related experience
