Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.

This role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, delivering support, preventive maintenance, and repairs. You’ll oversee electrical and lighting systems, install new equipment, review maintenance records to plan proactive inspections, and provide reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Master Electrician license in accordance with local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems.
• Assure that equipment is maintained and operating safely.
• Review historical maintenance records to plan proactive inspections and PM schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Lead by example and model CBRE values.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
