Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. You will oversee electrical systems, install new equipment, and ensure safe operation as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of experience, a Master Electrician license per local codes, and a valid driver’s license; apprenticeship completion is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Master Electrician license required per local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Formal apprenticeship completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations.
• Check and replace components like motors, switches, wiring, and pumps as needed.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to safety standards for equipment.
• Review maintenance records to build proactive inspection and preventive schedules.
• Deliver efficient, reliable service and explain complex information clearly.
