The Blood Connection, Incorporated seeks a Donor Services Technician Driver to support mobile blood drive operations. You will register donors, perform donor history assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service.

As you drive our specialized mobile blood donation bus, you will travel to various sites, set up donation areas, and maintain a clean, efficient environment. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required to meet donor demand and community needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record; CDL Class A or B required; CLP at minimum.
• Excellent communication and courteous interaction with patrons and donors.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and conduct donor history assessments.
• Drive and operate the mobile blood donation bus to sites.
• Set up donation locations and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the donor process.
• Verify donor eligibility and educate donors.
• Stock screening room and assist the collections team.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
