Job summary

The Blood Connection is seeking a dedicated Donor Services Technician Driver to join our mobile blood drive operations. You will register donors, conduct donor history assessments, perform physical evaluations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional customer service aboard our mobile blood donation bus.

Responsibilities include driving to community sites, setting up donation stations, maintaining bus cleanliness, and partnering with collections staff to deliver a smooth donor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and conduct donor history assessments.
• Drive and operate the mobile donor bus to various sites and set up donation stations.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and operational readiness; provide friendly customer service.
