Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a Donor Services Technician Bloodmobile Driver to support mobile blood drive operations. Responsibilities include registering donors, donor history assessments, and health screening; driving a Bloodmobile and setting up donation sites to ensure a smooth donor experience.

Candidates must hold a Class A or B CDL, have a CLP at minimum, and possess strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions and dependable transportation.
• Class A or B CDL License with no major infractions.
• Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Assess donor eligibility through medical history, screening, and testing results.
• Perform donor health history and physical assessment per SOPs.
• Escort donors through collection and handoff to the collections team.
• Maintain mobile bus appearance and cleanliness during operations.
• Communicate the donor experience and organizational values to patrons.
• Take part in blood drives and other events as required.
