Job summary

The Blood Connection is seeking a Donor Services Technician Driver to support mobile blood drive operations. You will register donors, assess donor history, and perform physical evaluations while operating a specialized mobile bus to multiple locations.

Responsibilities include site setup, maintaining a clean, organized bus, and delivering exceptional customer service. Flexible scheduling including weekends and occasional evenings is required to support donor care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record and reliable transportation.
• CDL Class A or B with no major infractions required; CLP at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and conduct donor history assessments.
• Drive and operate the mobile blood donation bus to various locations.
• Set up donation sites and maintain bus cleanliness and readiness.
• Provide courteous customer service and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with donors and management to enhance donor experience.
