The Blood Connection is seeking a Donor Services Technician Driver to support mobile blood drive operations. You will register donors, perform donor history assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while operating a mobile blood donation bus at various locations.

Facing a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings, this role emphasizes customer service, safety, and donor experience as part of supporting patient care with a safe blood supply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with donors and patrons.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and verify donor eligibility.
• Conduct donor health history and mini-physical assessments.
• Operate and drive a mobile blood donation bus to various sites.
• Set up donation locations and ensure bus cleanliness and readiness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and donor support.
