Job summary

The Blood Connection, Greenville, NC, is seeking a Donor Services Technician Driver to support mobile blood drives, register donors, perform health assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will drive a specialized mobile donation bus, set up donation sites, maintain a clean, orderly environment, and deliver exceptional customer service with donor safety as a priority. Weekend and occasional evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• CDL Class A or B with clean record required.
• Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) at minimum.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Register donors and conduct donor history assessments.
• Drive and operate a specialized mobile blood donation bus.
• Set up donation sites and maintain bus cleanliness and readiness.
• Provide exemplary customer service while ensuring donor safety and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with medical staff and management to expedite donor flow and experiences.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and adherence to policies.
