Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking an MDM Specialist to support NYC DSS/HRA projects from Brooklyn, NY. You will manage end-to-end IT projects, oversee mobile device deployments, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing plans, ensuring encryption and antivirus compliance, and maintaining Workspace ONE and Intune environments. 2+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, risk management, and successful delivery within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Coordination
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

• Provide daily oversight to internal teams and external consultants
• Coordinate project activities and track progress across workstreams
• Deliver regular status updates to management and stakeholders
• Mobile Device Deployment and Support
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of mobile devices
• Coordinate device upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning
• Ensure compliance with security standards, including encryption and antivirus
• Systems Management and Process Improvement
• Manage MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE and Intune
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with IT teams and vendors
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
