Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Mobile Device Coordinator (Asset Management Analyst) to oversee device fulfillment and ensure timely delivery for CareBridgeHealth members from our Nashville location.

You will manage IT assets, coordinate inventory by location, and support procurement while maintaining strict adherence to service levels. AA/AS or trade cert with 1 year+ experience is preferred, and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Requires AA/AS or trade certification with a minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software is highly preferred.
• Previous fulfillment or shipping experience is highly preferred.
• General HCBS and LTSS product and customer knowledge is highly preferred.
• Customer-service oriented professional with a collaborative, team-oriented demeanor within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manages IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes to the software asset repository system.
• Receives, tracks and responds to hardware and software fulfillment requests.
• Matches requests from Access IT to available inventory.
• Maintains inventories by location to meet service level agreements.
• Participates in the development of asset management processes and policies and maintains them.
• Supplies devices to members as needed.
• Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc.
• Uses FedEx system to monitor device delivery and updates CareBridge systems.
• Assists with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
• Receives, tests, and cleanses inbound (returned) devices.
• Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets.
