Job summary

Smart Circle is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to support the Asset Manager in device lifecycle operations, coordinating inventory, shipping, and asset records. The role works closely with IT and Asset teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient deployment, recovery, and retirement of devices.

Based in Newport Beach, this full-time position includes collaboration on MDM activities and process improvements, with a compensation range of $27.00–$32.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT asset management, logistics, inventory, or tech support.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort with Excel and large data sets.
• Experience with ABM/ADE, MDM platforms (MaaS360, Intune), Salesforce, or supporting Apple, Windows, and Android devices (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage device intake, deployment, recovery, repair, and retirement
• Receive, tag, and prep devices for new hires, clients, and internal use
• Keep asset records accurate in Salesforce, ABM, and MDM platforms
• Coordinate shipping, returns, and vendor repairs and warranties
• Run inventory counts and audits, and flag stock needs
• Support device enrollment, configuration, and basic MDM troubleshooting
• Help document and improve our processes
