Job summary

Elevance Health through CareBridge Health is seeking a Mobile Device Coordinator to manage IT assets and coordinate fulfillment of mobile devices for members. The role focuses on timely provisioning, inventory management, and device lifecycle activities within our hybrid care environment.

Based in Nashville, this on-site role supports in-person collaboration and requires adherence to our hybrid/work-location policy while delivering high-quality service and coordination with CareBridge teams.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or recognized trade certification required.
• 1 year related experience or an equivalent background.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices.
• Fulfillment or shipping experience preferred.
• General HCBS/LTSS product knowledge preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with a collaborative, team-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Log changes to the software asset repository system as requests are fulfilled.
• Receive, track, and respond to hardware and software fulfillment requests.
• Match requests from Access IT to available inventory.
• Maintain inventories by location to meet service levels.
• Develop asset management processes, policies and procedures.
• Supply devices to members as needed.
• Fulfill orders for devices, chargers, and related items.
• Use FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery.
• Assist with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
• Receive, test, and cleanse inbound devices.
• Know HCBS provider community within local markets and how it interacts with CareBridge.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mobile Device Coordinator (Asset Management Analyst) ensures CareBridge members receive mobile devices accurately and on time by coordinating fulfillment and shipping. This includes charging, stickering, and casing devices as well as processing retrievals and shipping chargers.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Manages IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes to the software asset repository system.
• Receives logs tracks and responds to hardware and software fulfillment requests.
• Matches requests from Access IT to available inventory.
• Maintains inventories by location to meet service level agreements.
• Participates in the development of asset management related processes policies and procedures and maintains them.
• Supplies devices to members as needed.
• Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc.
• Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely.
• Assists with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
• Receives, tests, and cleanses inbound (returned) mobile devices.
• Possesses knowledge about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform.
• Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Requires an AA/AS or recognized trade certification and a minimum of 1-year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences

• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software highly preferred.
• Previous fulfillment or shipping experience highly preferred.
• General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge highly preferred.
• Customer-service focused professional with a collaborative, team-oriented demeanor, and a proven ability to build strong working relationships within a matrix organization preferred.
