Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking an Endpoint MDM Deployment Contractor to support the County’s UEM team. The contractor will configure and deploy mobile devices, coordinate distribution to end users, and manage device disposal in alignment with policy.

The role also provides first-level support for County-issued devices, ensuring security standards are met and documentation is maintained for deployments and inventory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mobile device deployment and configuration.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar).
• Ability to provide effective end-user support with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills for device scheduling, tracking, and handoffs.
• Team collaboration with excellent customer service.
• Attention to IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and setting up mobile devices for Evergreen Refresh.
• Coordinating deployments to end users, including scheduling and handoff.
• Receiving, processing, and tracking old devices for secure e-cycling and disposal.
