Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health seeks a Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS) Therapist to join the MRSS team. You will meet clients where they are, provide crisis assessment, de-escalation, risk assessment, and care coordination to stabilize situations in the community.

You will collaborate with families, hospitals, and community partners, conduct assessments, document services, and follow evidence-based practices while supporting a flexible schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MSW or Master's in Counseling required or equivalent.
• Active Ohio professional license with LISW/LPCC preferred; LSW/LPC/MFT considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests during established hours.
• Assess needs and provide timely crisis support on-site or in-community.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify immediate safety concerns.
• Utilize de-escalation strategies to stabilize clients and families.
• Triage to determine appropriate level of care and connect to services.
• Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
